Job Overview
We are seeking a warm, organized, and energetic Assistant Manager [Who can communicate in KANNADA and ENGLISH] to help oversee the daily operations, admissions, and team management at our preschool. In this role, you will work closely with the Center Head to ensure a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment for our children while building strong relationships with parents.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations: Supervise day-to-day preschool activities, maintaining strict safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Parent Relations & Admissions: Address parent inquiries, conduct school tours for prospective families, and manage the enrollment process.
Staff Coordination: Support, mentor, and coordinate schedules for teachers and caregiving staff.
Academic Support: Ensure the preschool curriculum is implemented smoothly and assist in organizing school events or celebrations.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain student records, manage basic fee collections,



and track inventory for school supplies.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Graduate degree in any field; a certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Montessori, or NTT is a robust plus.
Experience: Minimum of [e.g., 1–3 years] of experience in a preschool setting, childcare center, or customer service role.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; knowledge of the local language is advantageous.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptionally warm, empathetic, patient, and skilled when dealing with children and parents.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic computer tools (MS Office, emails) or preschool management applications.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
