We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor with experience in EdTech sales or student counseling. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students about academic programs, explaining career opportunities, handling admission inquiries, and converting potential leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding academic programs, courses, and career opportunities.
Handle student inquiries and guide them through the admission and application process.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Conduct presentations and one-on-one counseling sessions.
Explain course details, program benefits, and career prospects.
Maintain student records, follow-ups, and interactions using CRM tools.
Build solid relationships with students and parents.
Achieve assigned sales and admission targets.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech Sales, Academic Counseling, or Student Counseling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
International BPO experience will be preferred.
