Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging organic content (reels, posts, stories) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to build brand awareness.
Paid Campaigns: Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to generate quality business leads.
SEO & Content: Perform basic keyword research, optimize website on-page content, and write transparent, SEO-friendly copy for social posts, blogs, and ad creatives.
Performance Tracking: Monitor daily traffic and campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to provide weekly progress reports.
Graphic Coordination:



Collaborate with in-house designers or use basic tools like Canva to ensure marketing assets match branding guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience running professional digital marketing campaigns (agency or brand side).
Technical Skills: Robust familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and Google Analytics.
Tools Knowledge: Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and basic SEO tools is a big plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent written English skills for copywriting, creative thinking, and a self-starter mindset.
Languages: Professional fluency in English and conversational proficiency in Tamil.
