About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage our social media presence, develop engaging content strategies, and run paid advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Plan, create, and manage monthly social media content calendars.
Develop engaging content ideas, captions, reels, stories, and posts.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
Coordinate with the graphic designer for creative content and campaign requirements.
Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and follower growth.
Analyze campaign results and prepare regular performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing strategies.
Develop strategies to improve brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.





Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social media campaigns.
Robust understanding of organic social media growth and content strategy.
Excellent communication, creativity, and planning skills.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results.
Experience in the finance, forex, or trading industry will be an added advantage.
A portfolio of previous social media work and campaign results is preferred.
