Role Overview

The Branch Manager oversees daily operations, driving business growth, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality training and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Branch Operations
Assist in managing day-to-day branch activities
Ensure smooth functioning of training programs and schedules
Maintain infrastructure, facilities, and learning workplace
Sales & Business Development
Achieve admission and revenue targets
Handle student inquiries and convert leads into enrollments
Build relationships with colleges, corporates, and partners
Support marketing campaigns, seminars, and promotional events
Team Management
Supervise faculty and administrative staff
Monitor team performance and provide guidance
Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
Student Support & Quality Assurance
Ensure high-quality training delivery
Handle student feedback and resolve complaints
Monitor student progress and placement support activities
Reporting & Administration




Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
Maintain records of admissions, fees, and expenses
Support compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
3–7 years of experience in education, training, or sales operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and team management abilities
Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven approach
Basic knowledge of technical training domains is an advantage
