About Svayou Pilates

Svayou Pilates is a wellness studio dedicated to improving strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and overall physical well-being through personalized Pilates training. We are looking for a passionate and qualified Pilates Trainer to join our team and help clients achieve their fitness goals.

Job Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group Pilates training sessions.
Assess clients’ fitness levels, goals, posture, flexibility, and movement patterns.
Develop personalized workout plans based on clients’ needs and abilities.
Demonstrate correct Pilates techniques, breathing, alignment, and body control.
Guide clients in improving core strength, flexibility, mobility, and posture.
Ensure proper exercise techniques and maintain a protected training environment.
Monitor client progress and adjust training programs accordingly.
Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure equipment is used safely.
Build positive relationships with clients and encourage consistent participation.
Maintain client session records and provide regular progress updates.

Requirements
Certified Pilates Instructor or a relevant Pilates training qualification.
Knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy, posture, and body mechanics.




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fitness, movement, and client wellness.
Ability to work with clients of different ages and fitness levels.
Previous experience in Pilates, yoga, physiotherapy, or fitness training is an advantage.

Preferred Skills
Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates knowledge.
Experience working with beginners and clients with different fitness goals.
Strong coaching, motivation, and client-handling skills.
Professional attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
