Job Description
Positions (2 nos.): Regional Sales Manager/Sr. Sales Manager/Sales Manager based on experience
Territory:

a) Karnataka, Tamil Nadu

b) Maharashtra, Goa
Location:

a) Bengaluru/Chennai

b) Pune/Mumbai
Education qualification: Any Graduation, preferably Engineering
Work experience:

a) Minimum 5-10years of Institutional Sales experience.

b) Presenting to Architects, CEO level and Administrative Heads and other such senior decision / policy makers.
Responsibilities:

a) Generating revenue from Government, Private and other large accounts.

b) Managing pre & post tendering activities.

c) Managing current product range in the territory.

d) Establish positive relationship with Consultants, Architects, Government Officials, Educational Institutions and other key influencers.

e) Planning and execution of sales strategies in the assigned region.

f)



Ability to provide client offers independently as per specific formats and working out pricing for customers.

g) Creation of a long funnel by reaching out maximum number of potential customers.

h) Coordinating with the Operations team in managing collections from various accounts.

i) Gathering market intelligence of the competitors, products, pricing etc.

j) Regular updating of Product knowledge.

k) Keeping updated on the industry domain developments.
Required Skills:

a) Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.

b) Conversant with AI.

c) Customising proposals and presentations in coordination with the marketing team for presenting to various clients.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
