Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions and execute product sales
Explain jewellery details including gold/silver purity, pricing, and designs
Assist with customization orders in coordination with supervisors
Upsell and cross-sell jewellery products
Build robust customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualities
MBA freshers are preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude
Basic knowledge of jewellery products (training will be provided)
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve targets
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
