Job description (Tourist / Business Visa Specialist)

Roles and Responsibilities
Respond to Client queries through calls/chat/e-mails
Coordinate with Clients and maintain detailed and accurate records. Update query status on a real time basis.
Handle Customer queries timely
Handling and Providing Counseling and advice Documents Required to client according to education, experience and work profile
Convert Visa leads into Sales
Maximizing Conversion ratio
Preparing forms, documentation and file for each closed query
Visiting Embassies and VFS for getting the Visa done, if required
Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.




Update Document List time to time basis

Requirements
Valuable command on oral and written communication
Candidate should have global Visa Knowledge and be updated on Visa Processes of different countries
Candidate should have online / offline knowledge of visa application process
Candidate should be confident & have Decision making personality
Target oriented & self-motivated
Should have experience of Tourist & Business Visa Processing

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
