Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Indian First Commi who can prepare quality Indian food and manage daily kitchen preparation.
Responsibilities:
Prepare Indian curries, gravies, vegetables and other dishes.
Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.
Manage ingredient preparation and cooking.
Coordinate with kitchen helpers.
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an Indian kitchen preferred.
Valuable knowledge of Indian cuisine.
Ability to manage kitchen work efficiently.
