Key Responsibilities
Site Measurement & Verification:
Take and verify physical site measurements alongside site engineers.
Cross-check executed work against approved construction drawings, Field Records, and Joint Measurement Sheets (JMS).
Bill Preparation & Processing:
Prepare and check Running Account (RA) Bills, final bills, and subcontractor/vendor invoices.
Compile detailed measurement sheets and attach mandatory QA/QC test reports (e.g., cube tests, inspection sign-offs).
BOQ & Rate Analysis:
Compare actual site quantities with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and tender terms.
Evaluate rate variations, extra items, and market price fluctuations.
Perform material and BOQ reconciliation statements.
Compliance & Deductions:




Calculate contractual deductions including retention money, mobilization advance recovery, royalty challans, transit permits, and statutory taxes (GST/TDS).
Coordination & Follow-up:
Liaise with project managers, site teams, clients/consultants for bill certification, and follow up with the accounts department for timely payment release.
Enter and track billing data in ERP or SAP software if utilized by the firm.
