Be Campus is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team at Chenguvetty. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in Human Resource Management, recruitment, employee coordination, and HR administration.

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.
Source and screen candidates through job portals and other platforms.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Support employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and attendance details.
Assist with HR policies and administrative activities.
Handle employee queries and internal coordination.
Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR activities.

Skills & Qualifications




Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in HR field.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
Robust interpersonal and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Candidate residing in Kottakkal, Malappuram areas are preferred
