The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, excellent pitching skills and the ability to identify, approach and convert potential clients, particularly in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads and acquire current clients, particularly in the FMCG sector.
Identify and connect with Brand Managers, Marketing Heads and key decision-makers.
Pitch the agency's branding, advertising and creative services to prospective clients.
Prepare business proposals, presentations and commercial quotations.
Drive the complete business development cycle, from lead generation to successful deal closure.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with internal creative, strategy and management teams on proposals, commercials and client requirements.
Consistently achieve business development and revenue targets.
Identify recent market opportunities and expand the agency's client portfolio.

Candidate Profile




4–5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within a branding, advertising, digital marketing or creative agency.
Prior experience working with FMCG brands will be highly preferred.
Strong understanding of branding, advertising, marketing and creative agency services.
Established networking capabilities and the ability to connect with senior marketing professionals.
Excellent communication, presentation, pitching and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of generating leads and independently converting prospects into clients.
Solid business acumen with a target-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.

A proactive Business Hunter who can independently generate leads, open new accounts, build strong industry connections and drive revenue growth, rather than focusing primarily on servicing existing clients.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
