Job Description:

Nutri Monk, a leading FMCG food manufacturer specializing in products like monk fruit sugar substitute powder and liquid is looking for an experienced Area Sales Executive to expand its distribution network in the given territory. This role is ideal for a result-driven qualified with an existing distributor network and a strong background in FMCG food sales and distribution.

The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, on boarding, and managing retailers across Appointed Location.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a solid distribution network by on boarding and handling retailers

Leverage an existing network of distributors to drive immediate sales growth and ensure maximum product reach.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and consumer preferences.

Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, schemes, and trade offers.

Provide regular sales reports, performance analysis,



and market feedback to the senior management.

Ensure smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and operations to ensure timely delivery of products.

Address distributor concerns and resolve any challenges related to pricing, supply chain, or market competition.

Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with distributors and retailers.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in FMCG food retail sales and distribution handling

Solid network of existing retailers in Meenachil taluk .

Proven ability to achieve high sales targets and expand market share.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
