BreakProtection provides mobile phone protection solutions and services to customers, helping them protect their valuable smartphones against everyday damage. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Female Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and sales leads.
Contact customers from the provided database and explain BreakProtection products and services.
Explain mobile protection plans, perks, features, and pricing to customers.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and sales reports.
Build good relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements
Female/male candidates preferred.




Positive communication skills in English and Kannada.
Hindi is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Confident in speaking over the phone and convincing customers.
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
