Job Description :
Oversee overall hospital operations and daily activities.
Ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
Monitor operational efficiency, productivity and performance.
Develop and implement hospital policies and SOPs.
Manage departmental heads and ensure accountability.
Monitor patient care quality and patient satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with NABH and statutory regulations.
Control operational costs and optimize resource utilization.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Medical and Administration teams.
Monitor manpower planning, staffing and workforce productivity.
Review operational reports, KPIs and departmental performance.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
Improve hospital revenue through operational efficiency.
Ensure infrastructure, equipment and facility maintenance.
Report operational performance and key issues to the Management/CEO.
