Role Overview
Department: Sales & Business Development / Construction & Projects
Reports to: Real Estate Sales Manager
Key Focus: On-ground lead generation, site visits, client negotiations, and deal closures.
Work Style: Field-heavy (traveling to property sites, client meetings, and market areas rather than working strictly out of an office).

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential buyers, investors, and channel partners (brokers, architects, contractors) through on-ground networking and cold outreach.
Site Visits & Tours: Escort clients to property sites, present project layouts, explain specifications, and showcase amenities.
Client Consultation: Understand buyer budgets and requirements to pitch suitable residential or commercial units.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle price discussions, explain payment plans transparently, negotiate terms, and convert site visits into confirmed bookings. Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain robust ties with real estate agents and consultants to drive referral and co-brokerage business.
CRM & Reporting: Log daily site visits,



update lead status in real-time using mobile/office CRM tools, and report progress to management.
Documentation & Handoff: Assist clients with initial booking paperwork, payment follow-ups, and coordination with legal/back-office teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred).
Experience: Fresher with robust communication skills or 1–3 years of direct/field sales experience (real estate, interior design, luxury retail, or B2B preferred).
Key Skills:
Face-to-face communication and interpersonal rapport
Local property market knowledge
Solid negotiation and objection-handling abilities
Field mobility, time management, and route planning
Basic proficiency in CRM software, WhatsApp Business, and MS Excel

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
