Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and attend to customers visiting the jewellery showroom.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable gold jewellery designs.
Demonstrate gold jewellery collections, including necklaces, rings, bangles, chains and other ornaments.
Explain gold purity, weight, making charges, pricing and billing details to customers.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom business growth.
Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery products.
Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams.




Ensure proper handling and security of gold jewellery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a gold jewellery showroom.
Valuable knowledge of gold jewellery, purity, weight and making charges.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Presentable, polite and customer-friendly personality.
Robust sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of jewellery billing and inventory management will be preferred.
