Role Overview

The Social Media & PR Strategist will be an in-house role responsible for building, amplifying and strategising the social media and press presence of multiple firms and businesses, including law firms. The ideal candidate brings agency experience, a creative approach to content, and a explicit understanding of how to take content beyond posting to genuine reach and visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategy for multiple firms and businesses across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube and other relevant platforms
Conceptualise creative and engaging posts, reels, carousels, campaigns and trend-led content that make legal and business topics accessible
Write captions, scripts and social media copy aligned with each brand's tone
Amplify each firm's work, events, leadership insights and announcements to maximise reach, engagement and visibility
Identify platforms, publications, communities and partnerships where content can be placed and repurposed
Build and maintain relationships with journalists and editors at legal, business and mainstream publications
Drive content and amplification for industry associations,



initiatives and events
Manage content calendars for each firm and track performance through analytics, reporting on reach, engagement and follower growth
Use AI tools for ideation, content creation, editing, design support and performance analysis
Brief designers on creatives and collaterals, and coordinate with website vendors on content updates and publication

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, content and PR, including agency experience
Proven portfolio of creative campaigns and social media growth
Robust communication skills
Proficiency with AI tools, social media management and analytics platforms
Ability to manage multiple brands and businesses simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English or a related field

Quality and consistency of content published
Successful campaigns and amplification across all firms and businesses

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
