Job Title: Field Recruiter – Retail Hiring

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Recruiter to manage field-level recruitment for retail and frontline positions.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through field visits, local networks, references, and job portals.
Conduct walk-in interviews and initial candidate screening.
Hire candidates for retail, promoter, delivery, and other frontline roles.
Coordinate interviews, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain daily recruitment and joining reports.
Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
Build relationships with local colleges, communities,



and employment agencies.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in field recruitment or frontline hiring.
Valuable communication and candidate-handling skills.
Knowledge of local areas and candidate sourcing methods.
Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
