Prepare detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD based on structural engineer inputs and approved designs.
Develop foundation layouts, footing details, column layouts, beam layouts, slab reinforcement drawings, and structural sections.
Prepare reinforcement detailing drawings for RCC structures, including footings, columns, beams, slabs, staircases, and retaining walls.
Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS) and reinforcement detailing as per project requirements.
Interpret structural design calculations, engineering sketches, and technical specifications provided by structural engineers.
Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, MEP teams, and site engineers to resolve drawing discrepancies.
Revise drawings based on design changes, consultant comments, and actual site requirements.
Ensure proper dimensions, levels, reinforcement details, sections, and annotations in all drawings.
Prepare structural as-built drawings based on approved site modifications.
Maintain drawing registers, revision records,



and documentation for each project.
Assist site teams in clarifying structural drawing-related queries during construction.
Ensure timely submission of drawings to support project execution schedules.

Required Qualifications
Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering, Structural Drafting, or a related discipline.
Solid proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
Knowledge of RCC detailing, reinforcement drawings, and structural construction practices.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and engineering specifications.
Knowledge of bar bending schedules and reinforcement detailing.
Understanding of construction drawings for residential buildings and multi-storey structures.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
