Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Tally, GST filing, Income Tax, bookkeeping, invoicing, and monthly financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update books of accounts accurately and on a timely basis.
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Work on Zoho Books and Tally for accounting and financial transactions.
Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely statutory compliance.
Assist with Income Tax related activities and documentation.
Prepare and finalise monthly reports and accounting statements.
Generate sales invoices and ensure proper documentation.
Record purchase, sales, expense, and other accounting transactions.
Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial records.
Follow up with vendors regarding invoices, payments, outstanding balances, and required documents.
Maintain proper records of invoices, bills, receipts,



and supporting documents.
Assist management with accounting reports and financial information as required.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting-related activities.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Zoho Books and Tally.
Hands-on experience in GST filing and compliance.
Basic to positive knowledge of Income Tax.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and maintenance of accounts.
Experience in preparing and finalising monthly reports.
Valuable knowledge of invoicing and vendor coordination.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Candidates with relevant experience in GST, Tally, Zoho Books, and bookkeeping are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
