Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Checker to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting machined components, checking dimensions, identifying defects, and ensuring that products meet the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect CNC/VMC machined components for quality and accuracy.
Check component dimensions according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
Identify and report rejected, defective, and rework components.
Maintain inspection records and prepare quality reports.
Ensure components meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with production operators to resolve quality issues.
Follow company quality procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, EEE, or a related technical field preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and measurement instruments is an advantage.
