Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities.

Handle fleet management and resource coordination.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Ensure timely execution of tasks and achievement of targets.

Monitor operational performance and identify improvement areas.

Handle operational challenges and resolve issues effectively.

Maintain reports, records and operational data.

Ensure process compliance and smooth workflow.

Support management in implementing operational improvements.

Requirements:

3–4 years of relevant experience in Operations and Fleet Management.

Robust communication and coordination skills.

Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Ability to work in a quick-paced setting.

Strong ownership, accountability and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
