Role: Banquet Manager – Resort

Experience: 4–7 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all banquet operations within the resort.
Plan and coordinate weddings, corporate events, parties, and social functions.
Handle client inquiries, event bookings, and event requirements.
Prepare event plans, quotations, and banquet proposals.
Coordinate with clients to understand their preferences and expectations.
Supervise banquet staff, including captains, stewards, and service teams.
Manage event setup, seating arrangements, decorations, and service execution.
Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and timely service during events.
Monitor banquet inventory, equipment, and event supplies.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests.
Monitor event budgets, operational costs,



and revenue targets.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Required Skills:
Experience in banquet management, preferably in a resort or hotel.
Strong knowledge of banquet operations and event management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Valuable communication and client-handling abilities.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Robust planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
Budgeting, inventory, and cost-control knowledge.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple events and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
