We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer Cum Cost Estimation professional who can handle interior design projects, prepare design concepts, create layouts, and estimate project costs. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of interior materials, space planning, BOQs, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities
Create interior design concepts, layouts, and 2D/3D designs.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and project quotations.
Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications.
Calculate material, labour, and installation costs.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
Select suitable furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes.
Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget.
Conduct site visits and monitor project execution.
Prepare AutoCAD drawings and 3D presentations.
Maintain project documentation and estimation records.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max,



or similar software.
Knowledge of interior materials, furniture, and finishes.
Strong understanding of BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
Excellent space planning and design skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Freshers with strong design and estimation skills may also apply.
