Process: International Blended – US Social Media Support
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience
CTC: Up to ₹4.40 LPA
In-Hand Salary: Approximately ₹28,500 per month
Fixed Allowance: ₹6,000 per month
Total Monthly Earnings: Approximately ₹34,500 + Incentives
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Transport: Both-Side Cab Facility
Job Location: Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through blended support channels.
Assist US-based customers with product and service-related concerns.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.




Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience.
Excellent English communication skills.
Solid customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Valuable interpersonal and communication skills.
