Visit customer sites for installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of equipment/machinery.
Diagnose technical problems and troubleshoot equipment efficiently.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Attend to customer complaints and provide timely technical solutions.
Conduct testing and commissioning of equipment.
Explain equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures to customers.
Prepare service reports and maintain records of site visits and repairs.
Coordinate with the technical and service team for complex issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain skilled relationships.
Follow company safety procedures and service standards.
Travel to different customer locations as required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
