Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate should have robust recruitment skills and the ability to manage HR activities independently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Handle employee attendance, leave management, documentation, and HR records.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Manage employee engagement, performance monitoring, and grievance handling.
Develop recruitment strategies to meet hiring requirements.




Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Requirements
MBA in HR or a relevant qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
Strong knowledge of job portals, candidate sourcing, and screening.
Experience in employee management and HR operations.
Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
