Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients admitted to the ICU, ensuring high standards of patient care.
Continuously assess and monitor patients' vital signs, clinical status, and overall health.
Administer prescribed medications, IV therapies, and other necessary treatments.
Support physicians during clinical procedures, medical emergencies, and resuscitation.
Handle and monitor critical care equipment, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
Maintain accurate patient charts, nursing reports, and clinical documentation.
Adhere to infection prevention, medication administration, and patient safety guidelines.
Ensure effective shift handovers and seamless coordination with doctors and multidisciplinary teams.
Provide guidance and support to junior nursing staff in daily ICU operations.
Ensure ICU readiness, hygiene, and adequate availability of medical supplies and equipment.
Comply with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and NABH quality standards.

Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ICU nursing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
