Key Responsibilities
Manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch and inventory.
Ensure accurate stock management and regular physical stock verification.
Handle manpower planning and shift management for smooth warehouse operations.
Monitor warehouse productivity, space utilization and operational performance.
Prepare and review MIS, stock and inventory reports using MS Excel and ERP.
Supervise the warehouse team and ensure discipline and timely task completion.
Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts and other departments.
Improve warehouse processes, SOPs and operational efficiency.
Ensure proper safety, housekeeping and compliance standards.
Identify and resolve stock discrepancies and operational issues.

Required Skills




Robust experience in Warehouse & Inventory Management.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, ERP and MIS reporting.
Team handling, manpower and shift management skills.
Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma in a relevant field. Logistics or Supply Chain qualification will be preferred.

Preferred Industry: Trading, Distribution, Electrical, Lighting, Automation, Hardware or Building Materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
