Brief: As Customer Support Executive, you are the first and most frequent touchpoint a Scrubsy customer will have. You will handle all customer interactions with speed, warmth and accuracy. You are not just resolving queries; you are shaping how customers feel about the brand every single day.

Key Responsibilities
Manage communications across various communication channels
Conduct outbound feedback calls to customers post-delivery to understand their overall purchase experience, product satisfaction, and delivery experience
Capture and document customers feedback accurately




Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information and share customer insights related to product, package and delivery experience
Respond to customers interactions with accuracy, warmth, and a consistent brand voice
Identify interactions that needs escalation - and flag it
Ensure every customer leaves the conversation feeling heard and helped
Monitor and report any unusual spikes in complaints or review patterns

What We Are Looking For

Mandatory Requirement
1 to 5 years of customer support
Hands -on experience using Customer Support tools
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Detail oriented

Additional Requirement
Prior experience in D2C, e-commerce or startup
Exposure to quick commerce platforms
AI Adaptability
