Manley Furniture Studio is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head / Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Monitor sales performance and conversions.
Develop sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
Manage CRM updates and sales reporting.
Drive revenue growth and team productivity.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in furniture, retail or lifestyle products.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with a solid business mindset.

Location: Palathara, Vellur, Payyanur Kannur, Kerala
Position: Full time
Experience: 3–5 years in sales, preferably with team-handling experience.
