We are looking for a result-oriented Business Head with experience in the financial services industry to lead branch operations, drive business growth and manage sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sales teams to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
Drive new client acquisition, business development and market expansion.
Manage branch operations, business performance and P&L.;
Develop business through Mutual Funds, Equity Broking, Demat Accounts, Insurance and Wealth Management products.
Build and maintain relationships with HNI, UHNI and retail clients.
Drive SIP mobilisation, AUM growth, cross-selling and product distribution.
Develop current business channels and strengthen existing client relationships.
Identify market prospects and implement strategies to improve business performance.
Monitor team productivity, sales performance and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI and other applicable regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:




Experience in Stock Broking, Banking, Wealth Management, Mutual Funds or Financial Services.
Solid experience in sales, business development and client acquisition.
Proven team management and leadership capabilities.
Knowledge of Equity, Mutual Funds, SIP, Demat, Trading and Insurance products.
Experience in managing branch operations and business targets.
Strong client relationship and revenue generation skills.
NISM / AMFI certification will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates currently working as Branch Head, Branch Manager, Area Sales Manager, Cluster Manager or Business Development Manager in financial services organisations are encouraged to apply.
