Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Mumbai. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, share information about available properties, and respond to questions in a clear and courteous manner. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer information in internal systems, and following up with leads to schedule site visits or connect them with the sales team. The role involves coordinating with property consultants, understanding basic property details, and conveying them accurately to callers.



The Telecaller will also support basic administrative tasks related to customer communication and participate in team meetings to review targets and service quality.

Qualifications
Robust verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear and confident phone presence.
Customer service abilities, including patience, empathy, and a professional approach to handling queries and concerns.
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets, CRM or call-logging tools, and email communication.
Organizational skills to manage call lists, follow-up schedules, and accurate record-keeping.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate effectively with sales and property management teams.
Comfort with working toward call and conversion targets in a quick-paced environment.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or real estate services is an advantage but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification: completed secondary education; higher education in any field is a plus.
