IT & Systems Administrator

Location: Kolkata

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure Management:
Oversee and manage IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Administer cloud hosting environments, specifically AWS (EC2, RDS, etc.) or equivalent platforms.
Systems Administration:
Configure and manage network settings, Wi-Fi management, LAN setups, and enterprise firewall administration.
Provide ERP technical administration and maintain Tally server, ensuring proactive uptime management.
G Suite Administration:
Manage G Suite accounts and settings, ensuring proper functionality and user access.
Maintain hardware/software inventory and formulate IT policies.
Vendor Management:
Negotiate and communicate effectively with IT vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
Troubleshooting:
Provide daily IT hardware troubleshooting across mixed-OS environments (Windows, macOS, Linux).




Assist users with technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration.
4–6 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or cloud management.
Expert-level practical knowledge of managing cloud hosting settings, specifically AWS or equivalent platforms.
Solid practical knowledge of network configuration, Wi-Fi management, LAN setups, and enterprise firewall administration.
Proven experience in ERP technical administration and proactive uptime management.

Skills
Robust negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage mixed-OS environments and perform daily IT hardware troubleshooting.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and IT policy formulation.
