Responsibilities
5 to 8 years’ experience on HR backend operations (in employee life cycle like Recruitment Onboarding, Employee data base management, Performance management, and Learning management)
Strong knowledge of Hire to Retire processes & global HRIS applications.
Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Should have People management experience. Handled team of >5 FTE
Should have sound knowledge of the legal legislations of the region
Experience in Stake holder management
Manage internal controls and compliance
Robust Audit and Reporting skill
Conduct/ Identify Automation and recent process opportunities across team




Manage people connect and employee engagement
Positive Communicational, Interpersonal, Analytical and Problem Solving skills
