We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Front Office Manager to oversee our front desk, guest services, and daily reception operations. As the face of our property, you will lead the front-of-house team, drive guest satisfaction, manage room inventory, and ensure seamless check-in/check-out procedures. The ideal candidate is a robust communicator with exceptional leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a track record of resolving guest issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front desk agents, concierges, bell staff, and night auditors. Inspire high service standards and team performance.
Guest Experience: Serve as the primary point of escalation for guest feedback, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective resolution.
Daily Operations: Oversee check-in/check-out processes, audit daily room availability, handle special requests, and coordinate room assignments with Housekeeping and Maintenance.
Financial & Administrative Management: Monitor front desk cash handling,



credit card transactions, and billing accuracy. Manage department budgets and control labor costs.
System & Inventory Management: Utilize Property Management Systems (PMS) to track reservations, manage room rates/occupancy strategies, and prepare operational reports.
Standards & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and brand standards.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3+ years of hotel front desk experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills.
Flexibility: Ability to work adaptable schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
