About the Company

Our client is looking for Management Consulting professionals to drive strategic and business transformation engagements across Automotive, Industrial Goods, Advanced Manufacturing, TMT, and related sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Manage client engagements and lead workstreams across functional areas.
Work closely with senior client stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop strategic solutions.
Develop recommendations across GTM, business growth, current market entry and market expansion.
Drive transformation initiatives involving cost optimisation, sales acceleration, EBITDA improvement and revenue enhancement.
Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and executive-level presentations.
Manage project teams,



ensure quality of deliverables and drive effective project execution.

Qualifications
Education: MBA from a Tier I B-school
Experience: 4–8 years of post-MBA experience
Location: Mumbai
Industry: Current or prior experience with Tier I Management Consulting firms

Required Skills
Robust strategic thinking, analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
Experience in managing consulting engagements and multiple workstreams.
Robust business acumen and understanding of business transformation.
Experience in working on management topics in one more industries
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
