Hiring Care Coordinator & On-Call Staff

Elite Care UK, a UK-based care agency, is urgently hiring Care Coordinators and On-Call Staff for our Patiala, Punjab office.
Care Coordinator – Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients and care workers.

Manage daily rotas and staff scheduling.

Handle incoming and outgoing calls.

Monitor daily care services and staff attendance.

Resolve service user (SU) and care worker (CW) concerns.

Maintain daily reports and update records.

Communicate effectively with the UK management team.
On-Call Staff – Responsibilities

Handle emergency and out-of-hours calls.

Monitor morning, evening and night care calls.

Manage last-minute staff shortages and arrange emergency cover.

Contact care workers regarding late, missed or delayed calls.





Inform service users about call delays and staffing changes.

Handle urgent concerns from service users and care workers.

Coordinate with the UK management team to resolve emergencies.

Maintain proper records of all calls, incidents and actions taken.

Ensure smooth service operations during weekends and bank holidays, as per rota.

Eligibility

Experienced candidates preferred.

Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome.

Positive telephone handling and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent situations.

Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
