Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer grievances professionally and empathetically.
Resolve complaints within defined timelines.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective issue resolution.
Maintain grievance records and prepare periodic reports.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
should be able to communicate via Email/ Whats app
Robust problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in English and other regional langauages
Knowledge of Hindi is mandatory for at least one position.
Prior experience in customer service, grievance handling, or client relationship management is preferred.
Education:- Graduate/ LLB
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
