Role Description The Associated Dentist – MDS will provide comprehensive clinical care, including diagnostics, treatment planning, and delivery of specialized dental procedures in line with their MDS discipline. Day-to-day responsibilities include examining patients, interpreting radiographs and other diagnostic tests, explaining treatment options, performing procedures, and ensuring high-quality post-treatment follow-up. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical records, adhering to infection control protocols, coordinating with dental assistants and other team members, and contributing to patient education and preventive care initiatives.



This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, requiring consistent presence at the clinic and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
Completed MDS (Master of Dental Surgery) from a recognized institution, with valid dental registration and license to practice.
Strong clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of specialty procedures, with a focus on evidence-based dentistry.
Proficiency in using dental instruments, modern materials, chairside techniques, and standard radiographic and diagnostic tools.
Commitment to infection control, sterilization protocols, and adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards in dental practice.
Effective communication skills for explaining treatment plans, counseling patients, and collaborating with the clinical team.
Ability to manage time efficiently, handle multiple cases, and maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Willingness to participate in continuing education, case discussions, and practice development activities.
Prior experience in a multispeciality or high-volume dental practice in Mumbai or similar urban settings is an advantage.
