Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive with hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, desktop support, firewall management, Google Workspace administration, and IT asset management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations and providing timely technical support.

Key Responsibilities
Network & Firewall Management: Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and network connectivity.
Desktop & IT Support: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, hardware, and software.
Google Workspace Administration: Manage corporate email accounts, user creation/deactivation, access permissions, and email-related issues.
IT Asset Management: Maintain accurate IT inventory, asset allocation records, hardware tracking, warranties, and AMC details.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, repairs, maintenance, and service-related follow-ups.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with HR, Operations, and other departments for IT requirements, and issue resolution.
Documentation & Reporting:



Maintain IT records, support logs, asset registers, and periodic operational reports.
IT Security & Maintenance: Ensure system security, preventive maintenance, and minimum operational downtime.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support or infrastructure experience.
Strong knowledge of networking, desktop troubleshooting, and Windows operating systems.
Hands-on experience with firewall management and Google Workspace administration.
Valuable understanding of IT asset management, vendor coordination, and documentation.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Candidate: A hands-on IT professional capable of independently managing day-to-day IT operations in a quick-paced corporate or BPO environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
