We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage the company's online marketplace operations and ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day e-commerce activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces.
Create, update and maintain product listings and catalogues.
Handle order processing, inventory updates and dispatch coordination.
Monitor online sales, product performance and marketplace account health.
Manage product pricing, offers and promotional activities.
Handle customer queries, returns and marketplace-related issues.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Valuable communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
