About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Marketplace Operations Executive with D2C/e-commerce startup experience, solid marketplace management skills and knowledge of AI tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa and other marketplaces.

• Handle product listings, catalogue updates, pricing and inventory management.

• Monitor orders, returns, cancellations and fulfilment.

• Handle customer-related marketplace queries and resolve operational issues.

• Coordinate with marketplace teams, warehouse and internal departments.

• Track sales, inventory and operational performance through reports.

• Leverage AI tools for data analysis, reporting,



customer support and workflow automation.

Qualifications:

• 1 – 5 years of experience in e-commerce/marketplace operations, preferably with a D2C startup.

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub or similar platforms.

• Understanding of order management, inventory, catalogue and customer handling.

• Positive Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.

• Practical knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and automation tools.

• Solid coordination, communication and problem-solving abilities.
