Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: All Sundays are working; weekly off as per roster.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and assist with accounts-related operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain records of daily expenses and transactions.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Manage vendor payments and follow up on outstanding payments.




Prepare monthly reports and assist in financial statements.
Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Coordinate with internal departments for accounts-related matters.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in accounting.
Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in healthcare or medical centre accounting will be preferred.
