Hotel Reservation Executive is responsible for handling incoming reservation requests, converting inquiries into bookings, updating guest information, and ensuring accuracy in reservation details.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and packages.
Process reservations by phone, email, or online systems (e.g., PMS or CRS).
Accurately enter and update reservation details into CRS software
Upsell hotel services and packages to maximize revenue.
Ensure all guest requests and special preferences are noted and communicated to the relevant departments.
Respond to cancellation and modification requests and manage no-shows according to hotel policy.
Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, hotel services, local attractions, and travel directions.
Handle group bookings and corporate accounts if applicable.




Maintain confidentiality of guest information and comply with data protection policies.

Qualifications & Skills:
A degree in hospitality is a plus.
Prior experience in hotel reservations or front desk preferred.
Familiarity with hotel property management systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and reservation software.

Working Conditions:
Must be versatile to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
