We are seeking a motivated IT Support Executive to join our team. This role provides hands-on experience in technical support and RDLC reporting, offering the perfect start for your IT career.

Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support via phone, email, chat, and on-site.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships by delivering quality support.
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers to get the most from our products/services.
Document troubleshooting steps, configurations, and interactions in the CRM system.
Gather customer feedback during on-site visits and share insights with internal teams.
Design, develop, and maintain RDLC reports based on project requirements.
Collaborate with the team to understand data models and ensure accurate reporting.




Perform data extraction, integration, debugging, and suggest workflow/report improvements.

Requirements
Completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. (Candidates currently pursuing a degree are not eligible)
Familiarity with RDLC, SQL, Microsoft Visual Studio.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a team setting.
Positive communication and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
