Job Summary:

Responsible for pre-commissioning checks and start-up tests, load bank tests, auto-start changeover (AMF) tests, and protection relay checks. Troubleshoots faults found during testing and coordinates fixes with the installation team, vendors, and electrical contractors. Attends commissioning meetings, prepares test plans, test reports, handover documents, initiates actions to close punch points, provides regular progress updates, and ensures safety procedures (LOTO, permits to work) are followed on site.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform pre-commissioning checks and start-up tests.
Conduct load bank tests.
Conduct auto-start changeover (AMF) tests.




Conduct protection relay checks.
Troubleshoot faults found during testing.
Coordinate fixes with the installation team, vendors, and electrical contractors.
Attend commissioning meetings.
Prepare test plans.
Prepare test reports.
Initiate actions to close punch points.
Prepare handover documents.
Provide regular progress updates.
Ensure safety procedures (LOTO, permits to work) are followed on site.
Follow the industry's staged commissioning process and customer testing standards.

Commissioning Process:
Factory Witness Testing (FWT)
Level 2 – Site Acceptance / Installation Checks
Level 3 – Pre-Functional / Start-Up
Level 4 – Functional Performance Testing
Level 5 – Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
