Candidate having UG / PG Degree and Minimum 3 Years work experience in Financial Institutions as Sales Manager.

Positive knowledge in Market Trends, MIS Reports, Team Handling, Customer Care, etc.,

Planning for Sales Promotional actions, Update with datas for Business Growth.

· Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor sales representatives to improve closing rates and performance.

· Sales Strategy & Quotas: Establish regional sales quotas, forecast revenue,

and build actionable plans to complete company targets with Team members.

· Performance Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and present revenue reports to management on time.

· Customer & Partner Management: Nurture relationships with key accounts, resolve escalated client issues, and expand market share with timely action.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation and align promotional campaigns

Pay: Up to ₹41,000.00 per month
